MailMerger app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

As the creator of mailing lists and associated email campaigns, you are considered the data controller under GDPR, while MailMerger acts as a data processor. In this role, you are responsible for:

If you have received an email sent through MailMerger but are not a MailMerger customer, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Data. You can make such requests by emailing us. We will honor these requests within 30 days, following verification, and will notify you and the User who sent the email through our Service.

We collect data to fulfill our contractual obligations and for record-keeping related to your use of our Service. Data retention periods are as follows:

Events related to your emails (e.g., "opens" or "clicks") are retained for 30 days.
Emails (including recipient email addresses) are retained for 90 days after being sent.
Campaigns (including aggregate metrics) are retained for 180 days.
Templates (including attachments) are stored until you close your account.

MailMerger offers users the ability to delete their accounts and related data on demand. This includes the removal of associated data. Users can request account deletion directly from the dashboard or by contacting us. Please note that marketing communications may continue for a few days after such a request.

We may perform spot checks for deletion requests to verify their authenticity, potential system impacts, and legal requirements. If such checks take longer than 24 hours, we will notify you by email.

MailMerger uses cookies and tracking technologies to improve and personalize its website, measure audience engagement, and enhance the user experience. Cookies are files stored on your computer's hard drive during internet browsing. These cookies do not collect your Personal Data without your knowledge but are used to record site navigation information for future visits.
